good sleep

Short sleepers and replacing your mattress
Short sofa sleeper have more back pain Almost half (46%) of all respondents to the Better Sleep Month poll reported waking up frequently (at least a few times a month) with back, neck or shoulder pain that impacts their physical performance. Women were more likely than men to wake up with frequent pain (47%-42%). Interestingly, 18-24 year olds complained most about starting the day with back, neck or shoulder stiffness. There was a direct and dramatic connection between lack of sleep and an incidence of shoulder pain: 72% of those averaging 4 hours or less per night frequently wake up with motion-limiting stiffness, compared to 45% of respondents overall. Staying fit requires quality sleep The conclusion, according to The Polling Company, Inc./Woman Trend, is that putting a priority on getting a good night’s sleep – including investing in regular mattress replacement – would help more Americans stay in shape and reach their physical fitness goals with more energy and a better attitude then ever before.
